Ingredients:
- Meat (or ready-made minced meat) – 600 g
- Pumpkin – 500 g
- Sour cream – 150 g
- Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
- Corn flakes – 100 g
- Paprika, ground – to taste
- Black pepper, ground – to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Oil for greasing the mold
Preparation:
- Grate the peeled pumpkin on a fine grater.
- Clean the meat pulp or layer of meat from tendons and coarse films, pass through a meat grinder twice.
- Add pumpkin, eggs, sour cream, 1/3 of corn flakes, spices, salt to the minced meat, mix thoroughly.
