  • 4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 200 g marinated herring fillets, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Grease a medium-sized baking dish with butter.
  • Slice the cooked potatoes into thin rounds.

  • Layer the casserole:
    Start with a layer of potato slices
    Add a layer of chopped herring

    Repeat until all ingredients are used
